About Jennifer

Passionate about helping you

I don’t teach resilience from a textbook. I’ve lived it.

For almost two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to nutrition, fitness, wellness, healthcare, and helping people become stronger—but my own life has tested everything I thought I knew about the human body. I have fought my way back from weighing 285 pounds and losing more than 140 pounds, and later faced one of the greatest challenges of my life: a devastating spinal injury involving multiple lumbar disc herniations and severe nerve compression that dramatically changed my ability to walk and function. I chose to fight for my body. Without surgery, I used education, patience, corrective movement, progressive strength training, nutrition, and sheer determination to rehabilitate myself—one step at a time. Today, I strength train, swim, walk miles of beach and stand tall on my paddleboard again. Well Nest with Jenn-Audrey was built from that journey. I know what it feels like to lose strength, independence and confidence—and I know the extraordinary feeling of taking them back. I didn’t simply recover. I came back stronger than before.

She has extensive experience working with adults over 50 and older adults, helping clients become stronger and more confident while addressing individual movement patterns, limitations, and goals. Her focus is not simply on how much someone can lift, but on helping the body move efficiently and building strength that translates into everyday life.

Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness. Jennifer begins by looking at the whole person—how they move, how they nourish themselves, where they are today, and where they want to go. Training and wellness recommendations are individualized, progressive, and designed to meet people at their current ability level. The goal is to create realistic changes that can become part of life rather than another temporary program.

Values

Jennifer believes wellness should create freedom, confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to life—not restriction or perfection. Her philosophy is rooted in resilience, compassion, personal responsibility, and respect for each person's individual journey. She believes in nourishing the body, continuing to move through every season of life, spending time in nature, and finding the flow that makes life meaningful. Move • Nourish • Flow.
